Why is this role for you?

You are currently an APM with a PM Consultancy or a CA with a builder, and you know there are better roles out there for you.

With the right training and mentorship, you back yourself to learn quickly, as you have a outstanding work ethic and enjoy soaking up knowledge from others.

You want a better work-life balance and a chance to enjoy your weekends again. Or maybe you want exposure to a broader range of projects.

And you'll get that in spades with this role. PM's and the senior team are supportive and with projects in the health, gov, education, aged care, commercial and resi sectors you won't get bored on the same old projects.

The starting salary range is $90-$120k package plus a yearly bonus, and there are plenty of other perks that staff enjoy including WFH, 23 days AL, paid study leave and structured training.

Not to mention, everyone loves the social aspect of the team. It's a place you'll enjoy working at, and you'll make some good friends along the way.

If you have some construction or consultancy experience behind you but want a better place to develop your skills to be a PM within 12 months, then this is the place for you.

What experience do you want to see from me?

If you can tick the 3 points below, then we’d love to hear from you;

- You have graduated with a construction or engineering degree and have at least 2 years of work experience in Australia with a builder or PM consultancy
- You are a confident communicator, a quick learner, and you've been told you have a good work ethic.
- You've had exposure to education, gov, aged care or health projects in the past.

I'm intrigued. What's the next step?
