Senior Financial Accountant Opportunity
Your new companyThis global organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join its Finance team. This role will oversee corporate accounting activities across Australia, ensuring strong financial governance and supporting senior finance and operational stakeholders.
Your new roleReporting to the senior finance team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the external audit process and relationships with auditors and advisers
- Preparing annual financial reports
- Ensuring taxation obligations are met across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji
- Completing financial reconciliations and reporting
- Maintaining compliance with accounting standards and group policies




- Strengthening financial controls and governance processes

What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting with CA or CPA certification
- Robust technical accounting and financial reporting experience
- Essential IFRS knowledge
- Sound taxation knowledge across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience within complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail
