Your new companyThis prestigious private school is looking for a fantastic building maintenance officer to join their team!
Your new roleThis is a full-time permanent position (Monday to Fridays, full-time hours) where you will be required to conduct Preventative and Reactive Maintenance at the facility, which includes but not limited to:
- Patch/paint
- Basic carpentry repairs
- Hanging doors
- Changing locks
- Floor repairs
- Tap repairs
- Fixtures and fittings
- Client liaison and looking after contractors
- Setting up classrooms and moving furniture
The hours of the position are 9:30am– 6pm.
What you'll need to succeed
- Recent police check (Or willing to complete one provided)
- Working with children check (or willing to obtain)
- Previous building maintenance experience (Essential)
