- Monitorprojectcosts,forecastingandcommercialperformance
- Managesubcontractors,suppliersandconsultantrelationships
- Conductconstructabilityreviewsandidentifyopportunitiesforprojectimprovements
- Supportprojectplanning,tenderpreparationandriskmanagementactivities
- Buildstrongrelationshipswithclientsandkeyprojectstakeholders

Requirements & Eligibility
- MechanicaltradequalificationortertiaryqualificationinMechanicalEngineering
- Provenexperienceinmechanicalservicesengineeringwithintheconstructionindustry
- Previousexperienceinaseniormechanicalservicesleadershipposition
- Experiencedeliveringmechanicalservicesonmajorconstructionprojectsvaluedabove$500million
- Strongknowledgeofmechanicaldesign,procurement,constructionandcommissioning
- SoundunderstandingofAustralianBuildingCodesandrelevantindustrystandards
- Strongcommercialandfinancialmanagementexperience
- Experiencemanagingsubcontractorsandprojectstakeholders
- Excellentcommunication,leadershipandproblem-solvingskills
- Abilitytoworkcollaborativelywithinmultidisciplinaryprojectteams
