Emirates Wolgan Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Lodge, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead daily F&B; operations across Signature Restaurants, Lounge Bars, In-Lodge Dining and bespoke events. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role drives service strategy, luxury guest experience and financial performance while upholding Gold Standards.
You will partner with the Director of Culinary, mentor leaders, manage budgets, staffing, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and liquor laws.
