Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our growing Western Australian team.

Working closely with senior management and our project delivery teams, you will provide coordination and administrative support across the project lifecycle, from tendering and bids through to project execution.

This is a varied role combining project coordination, tender and bid support, document management and reporting. You will play an important part in supporting current projects while helping the business secure and deliver future opportunities across Western Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate tender and bid submissions, including compiling documentation,



preparing proposal packs and managing submission requirements.

- Work closely with project delivery and estimating teams to coordinate tender inputs, schedules and supporting information.

- Assist Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, correspondence and administrative requirements.

- Maintain accurate project records, document registers and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare skilled reports, presentations and client-facing documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and other business systems.

- Coordinate project information and documentation between internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Provide general project coordination support to senior management and the wider WA operations team.
