Zambrero is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Bairnsdale!
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during your shift
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
- Provide training and support to team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
