Were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on the recruitment of all care roles NSW. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity where you'll work closely with key stakeholders and have real impact from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for in home positions
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against timelines
- Managing multiple roles at once while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
- Supporting the team through a busy and exciting hiring period
What were looking for:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment
- Strong background in NFP, Aged Care or Medical hiring
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
