Focus Minerals Limited, a energetic Australian gold producer, seeks a Leading Hand - HD Fitter to support our Mobile Equipment Maintenance team on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off FIFO roster. This hands-on role leads daily maintenance activities, drives safety standards, and coordinates the team to ensure reliable fleet performance.
You will work with a mixed fleet of XCMG and CAT equipment, provide technical guidance, and oversee planning and records within the maintenance systems.
