As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an Events & Partnerships Manager to serve as the lead architect of our community presence, vendor networks, and strategic alliance strategy within the care sector.

This is not just an event planning role, it’s a strategic growth and marketing partnerships role. We’re looking for someone who moves seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands‑on execution, leveraging strategic alliances, co‑marketing initiatives, and brand activations to drive referral growth, brand equity, and market presence.

The role will be full time, on site at our Head Office.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the strategic partner marketing agenda, establishing My Guardian as the premier partner of choice across the care, health, and community sectors

Manage, optimize, and scale existing strategic partnerships, ensuring all joint marketing deliverables, SLA benchmarks, and ROI targets are fully maximized

Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact strategic marketing alliances with peak bodies, allied health providers, and community organizations to expand referral acquisition channels

Architect and execute joint marketing initiatives, including co‑branded campaigns, co‑hosted educational webinars, and thought‑leadership content that expand brand reach and market authority

Design and execute high‑converting event experiences, workshops, and industry roundtables built to engage sector partners and generate qualified community leads

Own end‑to‑end event strategy, logistics, and budget allocation for major industry expos, trade shows,



and conferences, ensuring maximum brand exposure and lead capture

Source, negotiate, and manage strategic supplier and production vendor contracts to secure high‑quality event activations and cost‑effective commercial terms

Build and nurture an authentic advocate network of participants, families, and sector leaders to champion the My Guardian brand across digital and offline partner channels

Track, evaluate, and report on partner campaign performance, conversion pipelines, and friction points using key marketing analytics and ROI metrics

The successful applicant will have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, partner marketing, strategic account management, or business development within the care, health, or community sector

Proven track record in developing and executing co‑marketing strategies, partner activations, and strategic alliance roadmaps that drive measurable lead growth

Strong background in end‑to‑end event execution, vendor contract negotiation, and ROI tracking for promotional investments

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for partner‑facing storytelling and high‑level stakeholder management

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team setting

Superior time management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage partner pipelines, complex event logistics, and reporting deadlines
