Kokoda Caravans is looking for an Aftercare Specialist to join our team at our Queensland dealership in the Caboolture area.
About the role
- This is a hands-on role with two parts: aftercare and new van handovers.
- Handle customer phone calls and emails, diagnosing issues and coordinating resolutions for owners across Australia
- Provide aftercare and customer care support for Kokoda caravans
- Carry out repairs and service work where required
- Perform handovers of brand new vans, walking customers through their van and its systems
- Liaise with our Victorian aftercare team, manufacturing and suppliers on warranty, parts and repairs
- Help turn owners into lifelong Kokoda advocates
About you
- A career caravan specialist with genuine hands-on knowledge of caravan building and repairs
- Proficient and professional on phone and email
- Able to explain technical issues in plain language
- Confident presenting to customers at handover
- Organised, with good attention to detail and record keeping
- Above all, you genuinely want to help customers, wherever in Australia they are
