As an Enrolled Nurse at Heathcote Health, you will provide secure, effective and evidence-based nursing care to residents while supporting the overall quality and performance of the RACU.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice.
- Support optimal care quality and contribute to the smooth operational performance of the RACU.
- Assist with policy and procedure development and review.
- Facilitate exceptional care through assessment, observation and evaluation of residents.
What you need
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Endorsement for medication administration.
- A commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice.
