Chisholm Institute of TAFE – Dandenong VIC is seeking an experienced Student Success & Retention Specialist to join our Student Support and Engagement team. The role strengthens student success and course completion through proactive, student-centred support, focusing on the first 6-8 weeks of training and ongoing engagement.

The role leads student voice activities, monitors disengagement indicators, and coordinates targeted supports with internal services to help learners continue their studies
