OVERVIEW UWA College is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Intern (Paid) to support digital marketing and communication activities at the Crawley Campus of The University of Western Australia. This casual opportunity is suited to a current UWA student or recent graduate who wants practical experience in marketing, media, social platforms, and content creation within an international education environment. UWA College is the dedicated pathway college for UWA and supports international students through Foundation, Diploma, and Degree Transfer programs. The role works closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and the Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to help deliver engaging campaigns and digital content for prospective students.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging content and marketing activities across UWA College digital channels
- Create and manage content across social media platforms
- Support marketing campaigns promoting UWA College
- Produce digital assets for marketing and communication activities
- Identify content opportunities for digital and social channels
- Contribute to projects that promote UWA College to prospective international students
- Analyse social media performance and engagement
- Produce video content and other media materials
- Collaborate with students, staff, and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator
