As the welcoming face to our members and guests, you’ll play an important part in making everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome at Windsor RSL Club.

Reception is at the heart of our Club. You’ll get to know our members, welcome new faces, help with enquiries and memberships, and make sure every interaction is friendly, helpful and genuine.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in great customer service and understands that sometimes it’s the little things — remembering a name, having a chat or simply greeting someone with a smile — that make our members feel at home.

As a busy hospitality venue, this role includes evening and weekend shifts , and we’re looking for someone with strong availability throughout the Christmas and New Year period , including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

Be a warm and welcoming first point of contact for our members, guests and visitors

Provide friendly, genuine and helpful service, whether in person, over the phone or via email

Assist with membership applications, renewals and general membership enquiries

Welcome and sign in guests in accordance with Club requirements

Get to know our members and help create the friendly, community feel we’re proud of

Confidently promote Club facilities, events, promotions and services

Maintain accurate member records, process payments and complete daily reception administration and reporting

Assist with event enquiries and bookings

Support Club communications and promotions

Keep Reception looking clean, organised and welcoming





Work closely with the wider Club team to make sure our members and guests have a outstanding experience

About you

You’re a genuine people person who enjoys making others feel welcome. You’re friendly, confident and approachable, and you take pride in providing outstanding service and being someone your team can rely on.

You’ll also bring:

- A warm, friendly and welcoming personality

- Great communication skills and the confidence to chat with people from all walks of life

- A genuine love of helping people and creating a positive experience for our members and guests

- Reliability, honesty and a strong sense of integrity

- Good attention to detail and confidence handling payments and member information

- The ability to stay calm, professional and organised when Reception gets busy

- Confidence using computers and learning new systems

- Previous reception, customer service, hospitality or Club experience would be great, but the right attitude and personality are just as important

- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency

- A current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency
