Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott Racing are seeking a motivated & mature individual to join our Finance team as our Accounts Officer.

You will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, preparing the month-end statements and bank reconciliations.

You will be working closely with the rest of the team to ensure the efficient running of the Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Process AP invoices, payment runs & supplier reconciliations
- Manage AR, collections & customer account reconciliations
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Ensuring accurate data entry and relevant information is entered in the systems
- Assist with month-end preparations

Ideal attributes will include:

- Accounts experience is desired
- Solid attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving
- Mature-minded and ability to work independently
- Team attitude and positive approach
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself
- Demonstrate skills in working with and knowledge of Xero, Knowledge of Prism would be an advantage

Salary: Based on experienced.
