APG Workforce is currently seeking reliable and motivated Farm Hands to join established poultry farming operations across the Central Coast region. These are hands-on roles offering stable, ongoing employment with full training provided. About the Role

As a Farm Hand, you will assist with the daily care and welfare of poultry while helping maintain high standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, and farm operations. This is a physically active role requiring reliability,



attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring feed, water, and poultry welfare
- Handling poultry safely and humanely
- Egg collecting, boxing, and packing
- Conducting shed inspections and floor walksLoading and moving trolleys
- Assisting with shed clean-outs and general farm duties
- Completing basic record keeping and administrative tasks
- Following strict biosecurity, animal welfare, and workplace safety procedures

About You

- Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport
- Be physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual work
- Have robust safety awareness and an understanding of biosecurity practices
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Work effectively within a team environment
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hold full Australian working rights
- Not own poultry, birds, or pigs due to strict biosecurity requirements
