This role sits within a well-established Personal Injury team and offers exposure beyond Workers Compensation, providing the opportunity to develop expertise across a broad range of plaintiff matters.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, with a strong focus on Workers Compensation and Work Injury Damages claims
- Gain exposure to a range of personal injury matters including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Public Liability, TPD and Superannuation claims
- Take ownership of files from commencement through to resolution
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through what is often a challenging period in their lives
- Work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners on complex matters, strategy, negotiations, and litigation
- Enjoy meaningful client contact and genuine responsibility from an early stage
About You
- 2-5 years PAE in Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Insurance, or a related practice area
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
- A genuine passion for plaintiff personal injury law and helping clients achieve positive outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Admitted to practice in NSW with a current practising certificate
