Lifeline Queensland is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a brand-new store in Rothwell, driving exceptional customer service and store performance from day one.

You will manage operations, coach staff, and collaborate with volunteers to execute pricing, merchandising and promotions while maintaining robust financial controls. This is a full-time role in a supportive, mission-driven team.
