We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and organized Finance Administration Assistant to join our finance team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, administration and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy finance function.

About the Role

This is a part time role with a view to convert to full time in the future. You will be working as part of our finance team and will assisting with a range of financial and administrative duties, including:

- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Using MYOB for day-to-day finance administration
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing and following up claims through various online portals
- Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
- Managing and reconciling bank accounts andpetty cash
- General finance and administration support as required

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Accurate and productive with data entry
- Confident working with numbers and financial information
- Experienced with MYOB
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional, friendly, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
- Previous experience in in-home-care administration or finance will be highly regarded
