Impact HR Group is currently recruiting experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a leading distribution and warehousing operation based in Marsden Park .

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious forklift operator looking for stable, ongoing employment with a reputable business. We are seeking candidates with proven high reach experience who are confident working at height in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role

Working within a busy warehouse, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating high reach forklifts
- Putaways and replenishment of stock
- Picking from racking locations
- Loading and unloading trucks
- RF scanning and inventory movements
- Pallet management and stock rotation
- Maintaining warehouse presentation and safety standards
- General warehouse support as required

What We're Looking For





- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven high reach forklift experience (essential)
- Solid warehouse and logistics experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Good attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and punctual attendance

Candidates without recent high reach forklift experience will not be considered for this position.
