What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and conducting rental open for inspections
- Processing tenancy applications
- Preparing new tenancies
- Marketing rental properties and contributing to office marketing initiatives
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Managing general administration tasks
What We're Looking For:
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate
- A reliable vehicle and driver's licence
- Ability to work Saturdays
- A polished, professional appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, confident, and approachable manner
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- A solid work ethic and commitment to reliability and punctuality
- A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to grow within the Property Management field
