Lakeland Roadhouse is looking for a reliable Front of House team member to join our casual roster. We serve fuel, food, and hot drinks seven days a week on the Mulligan Highway — the gateway to the Cape — so service can be steady one hour and flat-out the next.

What you will do

- Greet guests and help them feel welcome on arrival.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and keep tables and the counter moving.
- Clear, reset, and keep dining and service areas clean and ready.
- Support the counter and coffee bar during rushes.
- Work closely with the kitchen so meals go out on time.

What we are looking for

- Reliable availability, including early starts and later finishes across the week.
- Transparent communication and a calm approach when the roadhouse is busy.
- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to muck in where needed.
- RSA or food safety certification is a plus, but not required.
