The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day site operations for a multi-residential/commercial construction project. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on program and to a high standard.

Core Duties

- Manage and coordinate all day-to-day site activities.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
- Monitor construction progress against the project program and key milestones.
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, plant and site logistics.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain high standards of WHS, site cleanliness and presentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
- Work closely with the Director, providing regular updates, on site progress and key issues.




- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation and daily reporting.
- Ensure construction activities are effectively sequenced and the project remains on schedule.

About You

- Proven experience of 3yrs + as a Site Supervisor within multi-residential and/or commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordination.
- Confident managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach to site challenges.
- High attention to detail with a solid commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements and construction standards.
- Trade qualification and/or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded, Certificate IV in Building and Construction / Diploma of Building and Construction
- Reliable, professional and committed to delivering a quality project from start to finish.

Current White Card and valid Driver’s Licence essential.
