Lead Financial Pty Ltd is seeking a Financial Planner to join our growing team in Bendigo, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive financial planning services to our clients. As a Financial Planner, you will be at the heart of our business, helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through strategic advice and tailored solutions. Key responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive financial assessments and needs analysis for clients to understand their current financial position and future objectives

Developing personalised financial plans that address retirement planning, investment strategies, tax planning, insurance needs and estate planning

Providing ongoing advice and recommendations to clients on investment options, superannuation strategies and wealth management solutions

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular reviews, meetings and communication

Identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios and increase business growth through referrals and client retention

Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial services regulations, legislation and internal policies

Preparing detailed financial documentation and reports to support recommendations and client engagement

Staying current with market developments, industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial planning practice

What we're looking for

A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Current or ability to obtain Financial Adviser Licence endorsements

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Financial Planner or in a similar financial advisory role





Robust knowledge of financial products, investment markets, superannuation, tax and estate planning strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Proficiency with XPLAN and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

A commitment to professional development and continuous learning within the financial services industry
