About the Role

As a New Home Advocate / New Home Broker, you’ll become a trusted guide to first home buyers. Helping them navigate one of the biggest and most emotional decisions of their lives.

You’ll:

- Work with warm, inbound clients only. No cold calling
- Understand each client’s goals, lifestyle and financial position
- Build tailored strategies across finance, land and home design
- Guide clients through builder selection with confidence
- Create an experience that feels transparent,



supportive and empowering
- Collaborate with our leadership, marketing and finance teams
- Play a key role in growing Locale Homes’ presence across Queensland
