The Opportunity
Support the commercial delivery of a substantial renewable energy project in North Queensland. This is a site-based role for Townsville-region candidates or applicants seeking FIFO from Brisbane on a 14-days-on, seven-days-off roster. You will work alongside the Commercial and Contracts Managers from contract award through completion.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer subcontract variations, progress claims, payment schedules and contractual records.
- Support procurement, tender assessments and subcontract documentation.
- Maintain commercial registers, cost controls and accurate project records.
- Prepare notices, contractual correspondence and commercial reports.
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and the delivery team to resolve commercial matters.
RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, construction management or a related discipline.
- Experience in contract administration, quantity surveying or commercial work within civil construction, infrastructure or renewables.
- Understanding of procurement, subcontract administration and contract management.
- Accurate record keeping and the ability to manage competing commercial priorities.
- Clear communication and effective working relationships across project teams.
