This is a casual role over the Christmas period, starting in October, with the prospect to continue into the new year for the right candidate. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.

Botanical H2O is a crystal & spiritual boutique based in Mandurah, WA. For eight years we've been creating crystal jewellery and have grown into a boutique offering crystals, jewellery, permanent jewellery and spiritual goods, alongside our online store. Our customers come to us for a sense of calm and connection, and creating a welcoming experience for every person who walks through our door is at the heart of what we do.
THE ROLE
Reporting to our Boutique Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your duties will include:
- Delivering warm and genuine customer service at all times
- Helping customers find the right jewellery, crystals and pieces for them
- Assisting with permanent jewellery appointments (full training provided)
- Building your knowledge of our products to answer questions with confidence
- Working towards daily sales targets and KPIs
- Creating and updating customer records in our POS
- Reporting any stock, service or equipment issues to management
- Keeping the boutique clean, tidy and well merchandised
- Following opening, closing and safety procedures
ABOUT YOU
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Experience working with sales KPIs is highly regarded
- Available weekends and public holidays, including the busy Christmas trading period
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
We'll provide training on our crystals and the spiritual side of what we do, and all we ask is that you're respectful and open to learning.
