You will manage six Senior Field Leaders and 150+ electricians, champion safety, drive performance and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable network outcomes.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in engineering or management, extensive utilities leadership experience, and a track record of improving delivery,
