We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing team and help bring the FDC brand to life across our marketing, content, campaigns and events.

About the role

FDC is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Group Marketing team and lead the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand, showcase projects and people, and support business growth across Australia.

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced marketer who thrives on delivering impactful campaigns and driving meaningful engagement. Working as part of FDC's Group Marketing team, you'll manage campaigns from concept through to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across the business and external partners to bring ideas to life.

From brand campaigns and digital initiatives to content creation, events and client engagement activities, you'll play a key role in ensuring every campaign is strategic, effective and aligned with the FDC brand.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through to execution and reporting
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and oversee content across digital, social, website, email and other marketing channels
- Create campaign briefs and coordinate internal and external creative, production and agency partners




- Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives
- Support business development, client engagement and project marketing opportunities through strategic campaign activity
- Manage and optimise campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support FDC events, activations and client engagement initiatives
- Oversee project photography, video production and case study development to support campaign objectives
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the FDC brand across all campaign activity

About you

5+ years' experience in marketing, campaign management, communications or a related role

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy and multi-channel campaign execution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners

Strong project management, planning and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Data-driven mindset with experience monitoring and reporting on campaign performance

Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders across a business
