Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about supporting older Australians to live independently in their own homes?

At Better Connected , we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the wellbeing, health, and independence of our clients. We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team across the St George and Sutherland regions .

Due to increasing client demand, we are particularly seeking nurses who are available to provide services during weekday business hours, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and specialised nursing care to clients living in their own homes. You will play a key role in supporting positive health outcomes while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing individualised care plans
- Providing direct clinical care, including wound management, medication management, chronic disease monitoring, and health assessments
- Monitoring client health outcomes and reviewing care plans as required
- Educating clients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and self-management strategies
- Supporting and mentoring Care Workers to ensure safe and effective service delivery
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legislative requirements




- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
- Delivering nursing services throughout the St George and Sutherland regions
- Building positive and professional relationships with clients and their support networks

What We're Looking For

- Permanent Part-Time opportunities available
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) - essential
- Previous experience in community nursing, aged care, home care, primary health, or a similar clinical setting
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of person-centred care principles and contemporary aged care practices
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance - essential
- National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work across various locations and support diverse client needs
- Experience within Commonwealth Home Support Programme, or Support at Home services
- Experience in wound care, chronic disease management and continence assessments
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting care staff
- Familiarity with electronic clinical documentation systems

Pay Rates





Remuneration is paid in accordance with the Nurses Award 2020 , with rates determined by classification level, qualifications, and experience.
