Essential Requirements –
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
- Availability and flexibility to provide support to various shifts with urgent notice or short notice
- Willingness to travel for work
- Team Oriented person
- Compassionate and has attention to detail to provide holistic and person centered care
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
