NSW Health at Blacktown Hospital is seeking an Acute Care Social Worker to provide professional social work assessment and support to patients, families and carers. You will work with medical, nursing and allied health teams to deliver person-centred care and help navigate challenging circumstances.

This role offers supervision, education and development, with opportunities for quality improvement, clinical supervision and student supervision in a collaborative multidisciplinary workplace.
