What you need

- To succeed in the Community Support Worker role, you will: Demonstrate the ability to provide personal care and practical support, which may include showering, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry.
- To succeed in the Community Support Worker role, you will: Work effectively with consumers, families, carers, health professionals and other service providers, demonstrating solid communication, reliability and confidentiality.
- To succeed in the Community Support Worker role, you will: Understand consumer-directed care and reablement principles, supporting consumers to participate in decisions and maintain their independence wherever possible.
