Mawsons invites applications for the 2027 Operations Cadetship Program, a 10-month chance for 18–25 year-olds to gain hands-on experience across concrete, quarries, technical and workshops in regional Victoria. Cadets work with mentors, receive on-site training, and aim for a permanent role on completion based on skills and business needs.

Applicants should be eager to learn, work well in a team, stay safety-focused, and hold a current driver’s licence.
