Dorrien Estate Winery in the Barossa Valley is seeking casual Cellar Team Members for the 2027 Vintage. Roles cover crush to press, cellar and barrel operations, plus filtration and bottling preparation. Training will be provided, with seasonal casual employment from January to May 2027.
Shift work, weekends and overtime are required, with substantial physical labour indoors and outdoors. A pre-employment medical is part of the recruitment process.
