Looking for casual chef work over summer with the opportunity to stay on long term? The Aussie Hotel is a much-loved local pub serving hearty pub classics, fresh homemade dishes, functions and events. With a busy summer period ahead, we’re looking for experienced Chefs to join the team on a casual basis.
About the role
You’ll work across busy lunch and dinner services, helping deliver consistent, quality food across our bistro and functions.

Requirements
- Previous commercial kitchen experience
- Trade qualifications are preferred
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
- Ability to work across a flexible roster, including weekends
- Reliable, positive and able to work well within a team
- Comfortable working in a busy service workplace
Sponsorship may also be considered after 6 months of employment, subject to eligibility, performance, business requirements and approval.
