2027 Vintage Cellar Hand - Orange Region - Tamburlaine Organic Wines

We are offering an exciting opportunity for applicants to join one of the fastest-growing and most successful wineries in Australia! We want applicants who...

- are physically fit, reliable and punctual;
- are enthusiastic about learning the skills needed to join our vintage multi-cultural team;
- Cellar experience and an Australian Forklift Licence are an advantage but specific job training will be provided;
- can work positively within a team setting;
- have a sound understanding and commitment to workplace safety
- have Australian citizenship or a valid Australian work permit

You will work with the Winemaking team to complete the required day-to-day winery operations,



including:

- completing all cellar activities in accordance with job sheets within appropriate timeframes;
- assisting with key cellar and winemaking processes including pressing, fermentation and filtration;
- assist with maintenance of winery equipment to ensure the efficiency of cellar operations - this includes pumps, presses and plumbing;
- communicate both maintenance problems and potential solutions to the site Winemaker and or Assistant winemaker Applicants.
