Title: Mobile Patrol Officer – Night Shifts (Full-Time & Weekend Positions)

Pay: Approx. $87,500 – $94,700 + super | Level 2, permanent night rates
Location: Marrickville, NSW

Opening statement

Most patrol jobs pay you to drive past problems. This one pays you to deal with them.

At Stratton, you're the first one on scene when the alarm goes off at 2am. You'll be in a modern, fully kitted patrol SUV, with a team behind you on the radio and the training to handle what you find. We pay full award night rates with penalties and overtime built in, so a full-time officer earns around $89,000 plus super. You'll know your roster, your pay and your next step up before you start.

We're a growing Sydney company, and we promote from within. The officers we hire now are the senior patrol officers and supervisors we'll need next year. If you take pride in doing the job properly, we want to hear from you.

About the role

Stratton Security runs mobile patrol and alarm response across the Sydney metro area from our Marrickville depot. We're hiring two Mobile Patrol Officers for our night roster.

We are a hands-on patrol company. Our officers don't just observe and report. Where it is safe and lawful, they step in. If that's not for you, this role isn't either.
