LEGO Certified Stores Eastland is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and KPI results, train your team to deliver an excellent, fun customer experience in-store.
You will help create a roster, provide coaching, support online orders and in-store activations, manage stock, ensure merchandising standards, and foster a positive, safe, and enthusiastic LEGO environment for future growth opportunities.
