The Role
Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their Disputes practice, with a focus on property disputes.
Acting for developers, corporate entities and high net worth individuals, you will manage a broad range of disputes relating to:
- residential and commercial building projects
- adverse possession
- water flow, easements and covenants
- owners corporation
- general commercial agreements and contracts
- sale and purchase of land
- retail and commercial leasing
- joint venture projects
