About the Opportunity

We’re looking for exceptional Bar Managers to join the opening team for these exciting recent venues. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture from day one, leading high-performing bar teams, driving exceptional beverage experiences,



and creating unforgettable moments for both our guests and our people.

Location: Melbourne CBD.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience leading high-performing bar teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Thrives in quick-paced, high-pressure service environments
- Extensive cocktail and beverage knowledge
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
- Ability to build a positive team culture and strong working relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed GP targets
- Sound understanding of labour management and Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance
