Leading Hand Landscaper / Site Supervisor

High-End Residential Landscaping | Melbourne's Inner North | Four-Day Week

Zesty Landscaping is a growing residential landscaping company specialising in high-quality, creative gardens across Melbourne's inner north.

We are looking for an experienced and talented landscaper who takes genuine pride in their work and is ready to take ownership of projects. This is an important position within our growing team, suited to someone who can confidently lead a site, coordinate other trades and deliver an exceptional finish without requiring constant supervision.

About the role

You will work across a range of bespoke residential landscaping projects, with a strong focus on hard landscaping.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Running landscaping projects independently

- Leading and supporting other team members and subcontractors

- Setting out works and following plans, levels and specifications

- Coordinating materials, deliveries and daily site activities

- Completing high-quality paving, concreting and general landscape construction

- Identifying potential issues before they affect the project

- Communicating professionally and respectfully with clients

- Maintaining a protected, organised and clean worksite

- Keeping management updated on progress, variations and material requirements

About you

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong experience in residential landscape construction

- Is highly competent in paving and concreting





- Can confidently manage a project and make sensible on-site decisions

- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in the finished result

- Is reliable, organised and accountable

- Communicates clearly with clients, trades and team members

- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture

- Holds a current driver's licence and White Card

- Wants to develop personally and professionally as the company grows

Experience with brickwork, retaining walls, drainage, excavation, planting and irrigation will also be highly regarded.
