Council is seeking multiple Learn to Swim Instructors to join our team at the new Aquatic Centre!

Purpose:
The Learn‑to‑Swim Instructor is responsible fordelivering high‑quality swimming lessons that promote water safety,
skilldevelopment, and confidence for participants of all ages. This role supportsthe Centre’s aquatic education goals by providing engaging, safe, anddevelopmentally appropriate lessons aligned with recognised teaching standards.
Instructors play a key role in creating a positivelearning environment, maintaining child‑secure practices, and supporting theoverall success of the Learn‑to‑Swim program.

Mandatory and Highly Desirable Qualifications and Licences:
- Current C (Car) Class Driver Licence
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety or equivalent (e.g. Swim Australia Teacher)
