About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in our Ryde, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be involved in all aspectsof New Car Stock control, working within a great sales team environment.

What you'll be doing

- Maintaining accurate stock records in Dealer and Manufacturer Systems.
- Providing exceptional support to the Sales Departments, including sourcing of Vehicles and assisting with Delivery preparation.
- Meeting Manufacturer reporting guidelines including claims procedures.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise stock levels
- Generating reports and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to management

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle stock control




- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- A proactive and analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements
- Be self-motivated, focused, flexible and reliable.
- The ability to work to a high standard under pressure while ensuring deadlines are comfortably met.
- Previous experience with the use of Pentana (ERA) will be highly regarded.
