Synergie Australia is seeking a Payroll Manager for a part-time contract opportunity with a leading luxury hotel based in Southbank, Melbourne.

This is an exciting prospect to join a renowned hospitality organisation and oversee payroll operations across multiple hotel locations. Working closely with the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while providing payroll support,



reporting and guidance to managers and employees across the business.

The important parts:

- Pay: $ 50-$55 per hour + Super
- Start: October 2026

What you will be required to do:

You will be responsible for managing payroll operations and ensuring compliance across a multi-site environment.

- Process accurate and timely fortnightly payrolls
- Ensure compliance with relevant Awards, payroll legislation and employment obligations
- Manage payroll records, reporting and payroll administration processes
- Provide payroll advice and support to managers and employees
