We’re a growing Australian supplement company looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our manufacturing team in Caringbah.

You’ll be working behind the scenes helping produce high-quality sports nutrition products alongside a small, close-knit team that takes pride in doing things properly, and creating amazing sport supplements.

This is a hands‑on role that plays an important part in the day-to-day production of our products. If you enjoy practical work, like being active during the day, and take pride in doing things well, this could be a great fit.

No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided.

What the job is actually like

This is a physical, active role in a manufacturing environment. Your day will very likely involve:

- Working on your feet for extended periods
- Lifting and moving ingredients or materials (up to 25kg)
- Working with powders and manufacturing equipment
- Following structured processes and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Key Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce products efficiently and to a high standard
- Ensure products are packaged and labelled correctly according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Support improvements to processes and workflows
- Assist the R&D; team with sampling and testing new products when required

Location: Caringbah, NSW
Hours: 15–40 hours per week
Typical shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Days: Weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts available
