In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with current and prospective clients and processing their orders, maintaining our ecommerce website, social media pages, assist planning, allocating and managing an advertising budget, assist managing online marketing campaigns, coordinate client communication and advertising campaigns, visual merchandising of showroom, and all things customer service including answering telephone calls, taking customer orders and supporting administration.

As we are a small team we operate under an 'all hands on deck' mentality, helping each other succeed in their objectives.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the combination of being creative, astute, efficient and accurate but also thrives in delighting customers with amazing customer service and being innovative in the marketing of our products.

To be successful in this role, you will need to display exemplary customer service, be passionate about marketing and be proactive, focused and dedicated to excelling in what you do. You should have an interest in customer service, marketing and supporting administration. The team is constantly looking for ways to improve the way we do things and will welcome your help and suggestions.

You will need to be energetic with excellent verbal and written communication skills,



be methodical and organised and have the ability to get things done, working both individually and as a valued member of a team. This is a fulltime role and would be perfect for graduates, those returning to the workforce or seeking a change and wanting to work locally.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries and process online, email and telephone orders

Maintain and update products on the company website

Visual merchandising of showroom

First point of contact to meet clients

General Office Tasks

Assist with creating and editing images/GIF’s/videos for website, brochures and print media

Engage customers with e-newsletters and manage Mailchimp

Assist with coordinating and designing marketing mail outs and advertising campaigns

Manage and assess Google AdWords campaigns and Google Analytics report

Skills You Need

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and telephone manner

Be self-motivated, hardworking and have the ability to work autonomously

Strong organisational skills

Some experience in customer service and administration is an advantage

A proactive and focused attitude with the ability to get things done

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

An understanding of Google AdWords is desirable, but not required

Knowledge of MYOB an advantage

Knowledge of WordPress ecommerce an advantage

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator highly regarded
