We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our high-performing NSW Team. We’re looking for aspiring BDMs with finance or personal lending experience, ideally with sales experience and a passion for building relationships.

NOW Finance is an Australian-owned non-bank lender, specialising in fee-free personal loans and low-fee auto loans, offering a value-for-money finance solution.

This role will be based in Sydney with the opportunity to build on your current experience, meeting our brokers and aggregator groups face to face. You will collaborate closely with the extended BDM team across Australia and be responsible for managing all third-party relationships within your dedicated territory, including:

Proactively managing a portfolio of brokers across multiple third-party aggregation platforms to achieve sales targets and promotion of products

Source new business through building relationships and accrediting recent introducers to achieve set targets

Conduct structured sales calls and visits with defined objectives

Train new intermediaries to ensure strong knowledge of NOW Finance systems/products

Discuss loan scenarios and structure with Brokers to increase application volume and quality

Develop, manage and leverage relationships with third-party aggregator staff (regional managers, BDMs etc)



and generate business from their brokers

Conduct monthly reviews with brokers and aggregators to identify opportunities and maximise sales

Identify, report and act on compliance requirements for brokers, including compliance with regulatory obligations, creditstandards and policy, operating risks (including fraudulent activity) and credit risks

Adhere to NOW Finance policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Key Attributes & Requirements

Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities

Previous finance/consumer lending experience is essential - with experience in sales highly regarded

Confident, self-motivated team player

High energy, enthusiasm and proven sales ability
