About Goodstart Lara:
- 122-place childcare centre located in a commercial/residential area near schools, shops, and community facilities
- Easy drop-off and pick-up due to main road access and proximity to public transport
- Provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
- Uses the Storypark platform to keep families involved in learning programs
- Experienced and stable team of educators, many with long-term tenure
- Some staff have been at the centre since its opening in 1994
- Emphasis on sensory and play-based learning environments
- Large outdoor play area with natural elements
- Features include sandpits, mud and bark areas, vegetable patches, bike tracks, and shaded yards
- Sustainability activities such as worm farms and gardening projects

You’ll need:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
